How do I create a new user in an Org?

To create a new user in an Org follow the steps below:

  1. Login into I3 Portal
  2. Using the left floating menu navigate to Org Management —> Manage Org Users
  3. Click on the Create New Org User button
  4. Specify the Email address of the new user
  5. Select the Org name from the dropdown list
  6. Click Save and Send OTP to start the user onboarding process

Note user will receive an email on the specified email address with the OTP and instructions to complete the onboarding flow.
