How do I delete a specific report?

To delete a specifc report follow the steps below:

  1. Login into I3 Portal
  2. Using the left floating menu navigate to Reports Center
  3. Filter the reports that you are interested in using the below:
    • Specify Report name in the Search box
    • Specify the date range using Date Selection. Default date range is last 7 days
    • Click the Report Status (Pending, Ready) links
    • Click on any Key Metrics tile to filter by specific Report Type
  4. Filtered reports are displayed in the table below
  5. Click on the Delete button for the report to be deleted.
  6. Confirm the delete operation by clicking on Delete button in the confirmation pop-up window.

Note if you want to automatically purge old / stale reports, you may want to consider creating a Reports Purge policy.
