How to manage (add / remove) owners for multiple assets in one go?

To manage (add / remove) owners for multiple assets in single go, follow the steps below:

1. Login into I3 Portal
2. Using the left floating menu navigate to Assets —> Manage
3. Filter relevant assets by:
   • Click on the charts for Attack Surface Composition, Asset Types, Asset Tags and Org Assets to filter assets of interest
   • Click on the Key Metrics about the assets like Priority Impacts, Misconfigurations, etc.
   • Specify search string in the Search box to search on Asset Name, Product name and Patch
4. Select assets of interest by clicking on the checkbox in the left most column for specific assets.
5. Click on Asset Actions button at the top of the Assets table and then click Manage Owners
6. Specify the email of the owner to be added or removed.
7. Click on Add Owner or Remove Owner button based on your intent.
