How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by following the steps below:

1. Open your ThreatWorx instance URL in a web browser like Chrome.
2. On the ThreatWorx Login page, click the “Reset Password” link.
3. On the “Reset Password” page, enter the email address specified during signup and click the “Email Code” button.
4. You will shortly receive an OTP / Code on the specified email. Note that the email may go to your spam / junk folder.
5. Copy-paste the Code / OTP in the “Enter OTP” field.
6. Enter and confirm your new password.
7. Click the “Reset Password” button.
8. You can login in ThreatWorx Portal with new password.
