How do I upload a new SBOM?

To upload a new SBOM in the I3 Portal, follow the steps below:

  1. Login into I3 Portal
  2. Using the left floating menu navigate to Assets —> SBOM Dashboard
  3. Click the Upload SBOM button
  4. Select the SBOM Standard for the SBOM file to be uploaded
  5. Specify the Asset ID (a unique identifier for the Asset) for CycloneDx or SPDX SBOM files.
  6. Chose the file to be uploaded
  7. Specify the SBOM Format of the file
  8. If you wish to associate the SBOM asset with an organization, then select the Org Name
  9. Click on Discover Assets button to start the upload of the SBOM document
