How do I grant access to specific assets to a standard user?

By default standard users cannot view assets discovered by other users. To grant access to specific assets to a standard user follow the steps below:

  1. Login into I3 Portal
  2. Using the left floating menu navigate to Profile —> User Management
  3. Click on the Registered Users tab
  4. Click on the user to how access needs to be granted
  5. Specify Tag in the Tag Name text box and click the Grant Access button.

Note ThreatWorx supports Tag Based Access Control (TBAC) which implies that you can filter assets on the basis of the tags associated with these assets and then grant access to those assets.
