How to add / remove tags for multiple assets in one go?

To add / remove tags for multiple assets in single go, follow the steps below:

  1. Login into I3 Portal
  2. Using the left floating menu navigate to Assets —> Manage
  3. Filter relevant assets by:
    • Click on the charts for Attack Surface Composition, Asset Types, Asset Tags and Org Assets to filter assets of interest
    • Click on the Key Metrics about the assets like Priority Impacts, Misconfigurations, etc.
    • Specify search string in the Search box to search on Asset Name, Product name and Patch
  4. Select assets of interest by clicking on the checkbox in the left most column for specific assets.
  5. Click on Asset Actions button at the top of the Assets table and then click Manage Tags
  6. Specify the Tag Name that you wish add or remove from the selected assets.
  7. Click on Add Tag or Delete Tag button based on your intent.
