How do I generate a CSV report of findings for a Compliance Assessment?

An administrator or Vendor user can generate a CSV report of findings for a Compliance Assessment by following the steps below:

  1. Login into I3 Portal
  2. Using the left floating menu navigate to Compliance Center —> Risk Portal. Note Vendor user see their Compliance Assessments only
  3. Click on the relevant Compliance Assessment from the table
  4. Click on the CSV Report button displayed in the selected Compliance Assessment row
  5. Specify the Report Name for the CSV Report in the pop-up window and click Run button. Note that the report will be generated in the background while you can perform other activities in the ThreatWorx Portal. If you wish to be notified via email when the report is ready, then check the Notify when report is ready checkbox
  6. The generated CSV report can be downloaded from Reports Center
