How do I create a new Compliance Assessment?

An administrator can create a new Compliance Assessment by following the steps below:

  1. Login into I3 Portal
  2. Using the left floating menu navigate to Compliance Center —> Risk Portal
  3. Select the Outbound tab
  4. Click on the Initiate Assessment button
  5. Specify appropriate values for various Assessment fields as below:
    • Under Basic Information tab
      • Name, Description
      • Vendor – specify the vendor who needs to fill in this assessment
    • Criteria in freeform text – specify specific assessment criteria to be evaluated against the artifacts submitted by the vendor for this assessment
    • Required Artifacts – specify which security artifacts are required before the vendor can submit this assessment. Note vendor can provide additional artifacts as well.
  6. Click the Save button to create the new Compliance Assessment
