An administrator can create a new Compliance Assessment by following the steps below:
- Login into I3 Portal
- Using the left floating menu navigate to Compliance Center —> Risk Portal
- Select the Outbound tab
- Click on the Initiate Assessment button
- Specify appropriate values for various Assessment fields as below:
- Under Basic Information tab
- Name, Description
- Vendor – specify the vendor who needs to fill in this assessment
- Criteria in freeform text – specify specific assessment criteria to be evaluated against the artifacts submitted by the vendor for this assessment
- Required Artifacts – specify which security artifacts are required before the vendor can submit this assessment. Note vendor can provide additional artifacts as well.
- Under Basic Information tab
- Click the Save button to create the new Compliance Assessment
